UX/UI Designer and Researcher for NYC Mayor's Office
Identified onboarding issues and conducted field studies at the City Intake Center to observe interactions and assist with signups for New York families. This resulted in securing over 500 families using My File NYC to access vital services for their needs.
UX Designer for monday.com Hackathon Winning Entry
Designed the winning product for the monday.com Hackathon, aimed at helping employees and managers combat climate change with goal tracking and quick check-ins. Presented to stakeholders, it was recognized for its impact and added to the monday.com marketplace.
UX Designer for Barista Valet
Addressed user engagement difficulties in managing subscriptions and navigating to checkout. By empowering customers to easily access options for canceling subscriptions and selecting delivery dates for their orders, user engagement increased by 25%.
