Hey, I'm Brandon Cespedes, a UX/UI Designer and UX Researcher based in New York. With four years of experience collaborating cross-functionally and working alongside with executive stakeholders. NYC Mayor's Office of Economic Opportunity

Identified onboarding issues and conducted field studies at the City Intake Center to observe interactions and assist with signups for New York families. This resulted in securing over 500 families using My File NYC to access vital services for their needs like temporary shelter and secure housing

monday.com Hackathon Winning Entry

Designed the winning product for the monday.com Hackathon, aimed at helping employees and managers combat climate change with goal tracking and quick check-ins. Presented to stakeholders, it was recognized for its impact and added to the monday.com marketplace.

Barista Valet Coffee Service

Addressed user engagement difficulties in managing subscriptions and navigating to checkout. By empowering customers to easily access options for canceling subscriptions and selecting delivery dates for their orders, user engagement increased by 25%.

Personal Hobby

In my free time, I go food-hauling to capture photos of the best meals across the world a great way to remind myself of all the good food.
